The private bail industry often suffers from misconceptions and stereotypes. Because of this, the North Carolina Bail Agents Association (NCBAA) thought it was important to produce a video that provides accurate information about the industry and the benefits private bail brings to the state and explains the guidelines the state’s bail agents must operate under. We believe the video explains the critical role our members play in the state’s judicial system. We encourage you to view the video and share it with others.
