The North Carolina Bail Agents Association was created in 1992 in response to the call of bail agents across the State of North Carolina. Our purpose is to protect, preserve and promote the private bail bond industry of North Carolina. The North Carolina Bail Agents Association is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade association for the benefit of licensed North Carolina bail bondsmen. Bail agents from across our state banded together under one banner to promote education and to safeguard our industry through our collective lobbying efforts.

Registration for the May 3rd Continuing Education class is closed You may take the May or June Prelicensing class to substitute for the CE Class as long as you do so by June 30th. If you do not take the PLE class before June 30th you will have to reapply and retest in addition to taking the two-day Prelicensing class. Go to "Get Licensed" to print a registration form.
