Welcome to the North Carolina Bail Agents Association

PROTECT, PRESERVE & PROMOTE
The North Carolina Bail Agents Association was created in 1992 in response to the call of bail agents across the State of North Carolina.

 
 

Our purpose is to protect, preserve and promote the private bail bond industry of North Carolina. The North Carolina Bail Agents Association is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade association for the benefit of licensed North Carolina bail bondsmen. Bail agents from across our state banded together under one banner to promote education and to safeguard our industry through our collective lobbying efforts.

This site is designed to aid the currently licensed bondsmen as well as those who would like to become licensed. Please feel free to use the Contact Us button at the left to tell how we can improve our site and what you would like to see.
